Import and export

Latitude works with external data so you do not have to enter every service by hand.

XLSX import

Section titled “XLSX import”

Service import accepts up to 5,000 rows per batch. The process:

  1. Download or prepare the template.
  2. Fill in the required fields.
  3. Upload the file.
  4. Review the import report.

The report shows how many rows were imported and how many failed, with the row number and reason. An invalid row does not roll back the previous ones.

Good practices

Section titled “Good practices”
  • Use the expected date and time format.
  • Do not leave addresses without coordinates.
  • Check that customers and types exist before importing.
  • Start with a small batch to validate the format.

Export

Section titled “Export”

You can export the plan detail as CSV and generate a PDF to share with operations or a customer.

Personal data

Section titled “Personal data”

Do not import personal data that is not necessary for planning. If you are going to work with real data, agree the processing scope beforehand.
